The computer offers absolute objectivity. If the data in does not comply with the program code the data out is garbage. Once the program code is written the computer operates as it is directed by the operating system and application software. It does not change unless the code is modified. Give those two conditions the global mind is the perfect tool for the task of correlating the data with the code and computing the value of a particular instance or circumstance. What that means is that if I want to do something and it is acceptable to the computer code then I can do it. There is no nuances or conditions that are variable. I can do what I can do and nothing else. For example if I add two numbers I will get a third number calculated by the software an nothing else. If I fail to supply a second number there is no calculation. If I supply an alphabetic character the computer does not provide a calculation. If I give it two numbers it does not give me a wrong answer only the answer it is programed to provide.
In the instance of the global mind each aspect of the world is calculated by the computer code that is appropriate for the domain. Depending on which domain I choose to reside in the calculations will be the same for every instant or the actions will not be permitted. In this way the world can continue to be as diverse as it is but order is maintained because one domain cannot over ride another. I can subscribe to a particular order but I cannot prescribe to it. If I don’t like the outcome of the answer I must go to where the answer is to my liking.
The problem is who writes the code. The answer is the computer. No human is allowed to write code because they are too imperfect to be relied upon. How does this happen? The code is computer generated based on what the preferences of the people living in each domain. In the beginning there was not a great deal of differentiation. Those things thought to be true and honest were acceptable to the majority of the population continued to be true and honest as people interacted with the mind. As people began to discriminate against one another like-minded people were able to associate and communicate. Different domains began to appear first on the Internet then in real life as people moved about and congregated into homogenous communities. The issue of person who subscribed to on domain but wanting to prescribe alternative values found themselves at the perimeter of the domain unable to lie cheat or steal their way into the formal organization and leadership structure. Humanity is quantifiable and predictable. They are also driven by peer relationships.
